The North Shore Club

This 33.1-acre parcel will feature 19 luxury low-rise buildings, totaling 100 residences, seamlessly integrated into the landscape and set within 500 acres of conservation land adjacent to the re-imagined David McLay Kidd 18-hole Golf Course and Clubhouse.

The buildings are setback 150 feet or more from the certified shoreline, the siting of each informed by a comprehensive study on the impacts of future sea-level rise.

The project protects the primary sand dunes as well as culturally significant flora and fauna, removes invasive species and focuses on the re-establishment of native plants.

Public access and key view corridors are preserved, demonstrating a sustainable blend of luxury living and environmental stewardship for coastal development and nature-conscious communities.
